He says, “You know we are having a hard time selling this whole Gulf War thing, are you sure that Iraq has weapons of mass destruction?” Bush says, “Yes, I am.”
Blair says, “Even in the face of what the weapons inspectors keep saying?
What proof do you have?”
Bush replies “We kept the receipts.”
